Attachment manager and forum permissions for max file attachment size set at 8 mg. Forums will not allow over 2mg?

Nothing really changed from the upgrade to 7.7.5 but have had several issues.

Finally fixed the search function (depended upon the browser) but the path statements were never changed to https.

Usually the culprit, there are different php.ini files for each major version and default settings often aren't updated to match from changes in previous versions. This is why we list the maximum supported by the value on the file size columns.
