UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums Resources and Customizing Admin Zone Dedicated server specs to handle medium forum usage?

My forums aren't that busy nowadays, I'll be lucky if they peak at close to 200-300 users during some busy period and probably just a dozen or so at less busy times. I had 5,410 online a few months back but this must have been bots/guests and not likely to repeat itself once I get my hands around adding something like Cloudflare.

Could the following dedicated server specs easily handle the forums? What it we went from 200 to 1,000 simultaneous users?

Specs:
32GB DDR4 RAM
2TB SSD
Xeon® E-2134
4 Core / 8 Thread

That should be more than fine, I'm running UBBDev and a handful of other sites on a 4gb ram vps with access to 4 cores.
