Why does the following UBBCode show up in the post rather than displaying the image?

<img src="http://images.snapfish.com/3384%3B78323232%7Ffp6%3A%3Dot%3E2328%3D958%3D58%3C%3Dxroqdf%3E23233826%3A%3B%3B%3C2ot1lsi" alt=" - " />

The above URL will display the image in a browser, and other images are working. Here's an example:
<img src="http://www.realtree.com/images/logo.gif" alt=" - " />

Confirmed in 6.3.1.

Embedded image URLs are not allowed to contain certain characters due to security considerations. Sometimes that check catches URLs that are actually ok, but happen to contain the same characters.

So, do I tell my users that all their images hosted on SnapFish cannot be used? Or, will this security consideration change in an upcoming version?
