It would be useful to have a link to say
https://www.ubbcentral.com/version7/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showmembers&sb=8&page=1&like=-1 within the 'Top Posters' box in the same was as there is on 'Who's Online' - either that or make the subject/header clickable (maybe without the decoration) to go to the full blown pages.
Just an idea - as from my experience people like to see where they are in the list
