If you enter the wrong birthdate by accident, you can never log on?

I believe that you and I cleared this up on our Ticket.

You must first upgrade to the latest 5.5.1 release and then have that user delete the cookie which was set with the incorrect date <img border="0" title="" alt="[Embarrassed]" src="images/icons/blush.gif" />

We launched the boards live yesterday and only discovered this problem today. I have not filled out a ticket. I see that there in another user named Laura, maybe you are refering to her ticket?

This is a thread that I think addresses your issue. The reason for the cookie is to prevent kids from figuring out the age screening and simply hitting the "back" button to re-register with a different age.

When someone contacts you with this problem, you can determine whether they are truly an adult with a problem, and then tell them to clear their cookies. Then they'll be able to re-register.
