One of my users has complained:

Everytime I go to read the messages I get this Error Message: Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in d:\websites\dohickeything.com\ubbthreads\templates\default\showflat.tmpl on line 274
Sometimes the line number is different and I get the message in Flat or Threaded mode.

Sounds like there is a limit on how long a php file can process on your server. When that time is exceed (like maybe when your board is busy) the server returns that error.

You'll need to contact your host and have them up that time in the php.ini file

If that 30 second time limit is being hit when viewing a thread, there's probably a more serious problem.

No one else is having this issue with timeouts. The board is incredibly speedy.

It's just this single user. Any ideas?
