I just want to add a link to a web page to the menu bar. How do I do this?

sorry, I'm on UBBT 6.2

There are 2 templates where you can edit that.

ubbt_registerednav.tmpl (seen by users who are logged in)
and ubbt_unregisterednav.tmpl (seen by guests).
