We do not moderate our forums and so we do not want a moderators name listed on the main index page. How can we get rid of or turn off that column?

If you are in version 5.x there is an option to turn this off in the config settings under Admin.

If you are in 6, this is not an on/off option. I believe this was done to keep the code as powerful as possible.

But, since everything is template based, it's fairly easy to edit the column out. Here is a link to instructions to get rid of the mod column at threadsdev.com
