Hi, I'm running a Threads 6.4.2 board and have recieved a couple of comments from people saying they can't register. I've tried registering a new user, and I can't do it either.

The board is set to accept new users.

Everything runs ok, but when press the "Submit" button I just get a white screen with a "done" message in the bar at the bottom of the page.

Any ideas ?

What's the URL to your board so that we can check it out?

There's a possibility that our previous admin has hacked something he shouldn't have, so if you can't see anything obvious I'll take it up with him before raising a ticket.

I'd check for a missing or corrupt adduser language file.

Reupload the original /ubbthreads/languages/english/adduser.php and see if that helps.

Thanks Josh. I've tried that with no success though. I've spoken to the previous admin, and he assures me he didn't change anything.

I used the groupie registration feature.

I'd say it's time for a ticket.
