Ho do i make a backup of the board ?

Hi .. i juste discoverd that i can do backups of the forum ... but when i try to backup all tables i get this message ... So how exacly do i backup them ? I use UBB.threads 6.3

Warning: filesize(): Stat failed for /001AddressBook.sql (errno=2 - No such file or directory) in ... /admin/dodbbackup.php on line 81
001AddressBook.sql is 0 bytes or did not get created.

Chances are either your pathing to mysqldump is incorrect or you do not have access to it on your server. You may want to try using phpmyadmin.
