Just upgraded to 6.5 and I am having permissions problems. Everytime i try to change a setting in the control panel it says that the config.inc.php is not writeable. I have set up up according to the docs, giving the IUSR account everything BUT full permissions. I have even tried giving the Everyone account FULL permissions, but to no avail. PHP 4.3.8

You don't need to play with the IUSR_ account when Apache is used. IUSR_ belongs to IIS.

Check the permissions on the includes directory, it may be at fault.

We did we set full to everyone and still no luck =(

Right click the file and set NETWORK to read and write.

I'd suggest putting in a support ticket, if you haven't done so already, so that we can take a closer look at it. Be sure to include the FTP info so that we can look at the files.

Does anyone else have any ideas? Support is unable to help me.
