Hi,
I'm worried that some feastures will not work after converting to threads.

here is my present classic url

where shall I put the new threads upload?

will my content islands links work later. several other websites has links to specific boards and also contant islands.
such as
http://www.britbike.com/ubb/noncgi/ultimatebb.php?/ubb/forum/f/10.html

will these work after...?

The links will change, yes. What you could do is to install some kind of redirection via ModRewrite but that would be a custom solution.
Easiest thing would be to put the ubb.threads installation into a different directory on your server.
