I was wondering if I could change the format of the way this displays in the main forum display.

Currently it looks like this:

I would like it on three lines (it does this on ones with longer titles)

Just add a <BR /> tag to the appropriate place in Templates/public_forum_summary.pl (Then be sure to clear the appropriate UBB cache through the control panel).

Look for $thislast, around line 188 (in UBB 6.2.1)
