hmmm...well, i only just purchased my UBB and i set it all up ok, but i'm trying to create different forums under different forum titles.

I started doing it in the control panel and i created different categories and then i said that i wanted to use those categories but it displays them like the default, with no titles.

What i';m trying to ask is how do i create forums under different category titles.

Make sure that you have categories turned on in your Control Panel...

Go to General Display Settings > Category Display Options. That has to be turned to 'YES'.

Thank you, and secondly, when i try to edit the forum colors, i click on the update style settings button it doesent work, it gives me an error page but everything else works perfectly. It says the page cannot be displayed. I'm not sure if it's just my computer, but can someone test it for me if i give them my admin password or something? (a mod or someone) because i cant do anything at the moment.

If anyone can help please tell me.

Sorry to double post.

Does infopop have a money back guarentee? because i'm not getting any help and it's getting slightly annoying. if they do, could you tell me how i would go about getting my money back.

Oliver:

Our records show that you submitted a ticket Tuesday morning at 9:33am and I responded at 2:07 pm that same day. Brett then followed with two more responses at 3:03pm and 3:07pm that same day. Did you not receive any of these replies from us? If not, please let me know asap because we would need to check for a QShark system problem. (QShark is our support ticket software.)

Dont worry about it. I got someone else to do the colors for me, it was my computer and had nothing to do with the software.
