They were only introduced in 6.3.

wait... 6.2 is the MOSt recent version..well 6.2.1.3 ... and you are telling me that it WAS introduced in a version not out yet?

UBB.classic 6.3 is in it's 1st public beta. You can get that in the member's area. To get avatars in versions prior to 6.3, you can get a hack from UBBDev.com.
