UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.classic UBB.classic 6 Support Changing Forum Display Order Within Category List?

I have a few forums I'd like to switch the order of within a category. I'd like to move the "Coral Biology for Reef Enthusiasts" forum below the "MACO Questions / Suggestions / Feedback" forum within the "Marine Aquarium Conference Online Fourms" category.

I currently have the General Display "Category Display Option:" set to "yes." When I view the forum listings in the control panel by "Category/Order", the numbers in the order have no direct relation to how the forums actually appear, so I really don't understand how I can move the forums around within the category. The display order shown in the CP when you use that sort order is different from the one on the UBB itself????
