Seems that one is able to edit and change private messages from other members, but only if you are a participant in that discussion. Just change the message=xxx parameter in the edit PM link to the desired message number.

Thanks Maze. Will get that patched up promptly. I actually took the check out for that when doing some debugging but must have forgot to put it back.
