I selected the option in the control panel that will allow members to edit and delete their own posts but it does not work. I created a new account, without administration priviledges, and tried deleting a post created with this account. It would not work. http://galant2k.netfirms.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi

One thing I noticed was - posts and topics. Try clearing your cache, and rebuilding your forum details. Is it possible for you to upgrade to 6.05?

Yes, rebuilding the forum stat files is definitely a good idea. <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Yes, thanks guys. I was noticing the - (negative) numbers. I rebuilt the forums and that cleared that problem. I haven't tried doing the delete function yet. I am right in the middle of moving to a new server. Looks good so far, the CP is working fine, not like when I first built the message board.

I created a new user and tested the delete function. It's working fine. Thanks guys.

Wish me luck on the upgrade.
