I want to add a link for "chat" on the top line of my links on the forum:

my profile | register | search | faq | forum home

How can i do this?

Also, something that's been bothering me for a while is how do i change where the main image in the upper left links to? It seems to automatically go back to the forum, but i want it to go to my main site.
