I have a member who wont go by the rules, starting conflict with other members. I banned
his I.P. address but he has a router!
And makes up his own I.P.'s how can I get rid of him?

You could remove his posting privileges and moderate membership.

If he is spoofing his IP address, contact his host and yours - they should be locking that down...
