Hello,

I am thinking about setting a BB. I was playhing with it, but I have a few questions..

I have 6.04d

I would like to know how I can sepreate my Fourms.. IE

Music
-Metal
-Gothic

News
-etc..
-Etc...

I can't seem to figure this out!!

Also, how can I replace the UBB banner at the top of screen with a logo of my own?

Well, it sounds like you can use the category feature to do this.

You could set it up like this:

Category: Music
Forum: Metal
Forum: Gothic

Category: News
Forum: etc
Forum: etc

You can set up categories in your Control Panel at Primary Settings > Forum Settings.

OK, it was me being dumb.. I think i got it.. thanks for the help!!

now to figure out how to change the graphics and add my logo's <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

The Admin guide on this page offers some instruction on how to customize the images, etc....it might be of help for that <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Thanks for all the help, I got the Fourms to go in the Cats now..

how did you get it to work? I have created cats and forums but they do not show the cats...ie

Donmike once you have created categories you have to assing your forums to them. And enable categories in General Display Settings. The label reads Category Display Option: choose yes.
