If I send a private message, and accidentally then delete it before it is received by the recipient, is it still sent? Or do I have to resend?

Due to the way the PM system works, the PM itself doesn't get deleted until both the sender and the recipient delete their copy. If it is deleted from the outbox of the sender, it will return to the inbox when the recipient replies.
