Greetings,
My html "header" works great in the pages until you get into the Forum Posts where I get broken links to my images...
http://www.towtimes.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=8&t=000001

Looks like you are using non-absolute paths in the header. You need to use fully qualified paths in order for it to work all the way to the thread level <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

What do you mean by an absolute Path?

Edit each link to use the full path ( http://www . ) and you should be fine <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
