Apparently, my board is sucking up major CPU resources from my host. While I investigate my options (currently looking into the EVE Platform) I need to turn off the post count/user titles option, but I'm not seeing this.
I have a big problem with SPAM on my boards (people posting just to get their count up) and this would help the problem I believe.
Where can I turn this option off? I'm on 6.5.

Turning off titles would make no impact on performance... if you wish to reduce how quickly people post in a really effective manner, try using a flood check time of, say, five minutes or so. Though that may get people to complain a bit...
I notice you have a number of hacks installed. First things first - get rid of the hacks. The statistics hack in particular is a known server killer.
Next, upgrade to 6.6.2, or 6.7 when it's released (very shortly). There are a couple enhancements in those versions that may help things out.
Take a peek in your control panel - what's the cache hit percentage listed on the control panel intro page?

Thanks for your time. I am waiting patiently for the new version. I would like a clean board and I'm also looking at upgrading to the EVE platform (still undecided).
I have turned the statistics option off.
Cache hit percentage: 39.5%
As far as turning off titles, I strongly believe it will help people quick SPAMING just to get thier post count up. Is there no way to turn this option off?

There is no way to turn post counting off. You can, however, assign the same title to all the existing levels, which will make everyone appear equal.
You can also turn off the display of the user post count when inside a topic. Post counts will still be available when viewing a user profile.

It's under Primary -> General Display, in the Topic Display Options heading. The option title is Author Information Display.

6.7 was released yesterday (after my post in which I mentioned it).
