I have a couple of members that have forgotten what their passwords are. Is there any way that I can get into my control panel somewhere in order to retrieve them for my users. One of the members is a very valuable poster on my board and I would like to get him back up as soon as possible. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

It can't be done through the CP in UBB5.

You have to use FTP to look up the password in the user's member file (second line).

The eight-digit number corresponding to the member is located in memberslist.cgi and can also be found in the user info & permissions CP (right under the name)
