Yes, all valid license holders will be able to upgrade to UBB6. If you're still within your initial year of free upgrades it will be free. If your year of free upgrades has expired you can pay $75 to get another year of free upgrades which allows you to upgrade to UBB 6 and any subsequent UBB version releases for another year.
