UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.classic UBB.classic 5 Support CGI Timeout when Updating Threads

It times out every time, even when the time out was bumped up to 5 mins even at the lowest (30) cycle rate.

Any insight?

UBB 5.47d on Win 2000 server.

It is difficult, if not completely impossible to properly diagnose most UBB problems without knowing which version of the UBB you are using, as well as the FULL URL to your Ultimate.cgi, NOT a link to your webpage. I can choose Update Threads for *any* forum, set it to the lowest rate (30) and still receive the time-out.

I can't find a resolution to this in the archives that is effective.

I don't have any idea what could cause this from the info provided - probably best to let Infopop take a closer look.
