I have FTP software. I have used it to a limited extent. My programmer is busy. I know it is simple, i just need a few directions. So...can you give specific directions on "how to upload to the non-cgi directory" so I can place it in the general settings and place my logo on my bulletin board.??

Exstatica,thank you for that information, now the most "mentally retarded" question--how do you "just upload" or upload?? I know it is simple, but please explain it to me.

Open your ftp program, then ftp to whatever your ftp system is, make sure you know the login and password. then you want to go into your ubb directory..

that is where your ubb is, but in the ftp it will probably only show /ubb/ then just upload your logo in thier, and login to the ubb, and change the graphics under the style link <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
