UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.classic UBB.classic 5 Support Displaying the Site Map tree?

I have noticed on several of the boards they are able to display near the header what I would call site map tree on where you are.

Is that a setting somewhere or how do I do that?

Like the one on this forum, or something different? If it is something different it is probably a hack. If its like they have here, I believe there is no option to turn it on or off, its just there.
