Hi guys, I have been using UBB 5.45c and I have tried resetting the count using the "General settings" and checking the box in the bottom of that page. However, the number of topics/replies on one forum is STILL inaccurate. Is there any "hacker's" way to reset the count, that is, by maybe deleting certain files that have the wrong number, and then rebuilding the forum's general settings?

Any help would be appreciated a lot. Thanks in advance.

Turn the board ( or at least that forum ) off. Via FTP or telnet delete the .threads, lasttime and lastnumber.file from that forum, then run tthe recount function. That should squre it up for you.
