[I have reposted these questions since the thread index seems to be corrupted from when UBB moved these forums. There are two replies to the first time I posted this question but they are totally unrelated.]

Two problems surfaced today by users:
1. A relatively simple search on the archive repeatedly yielded an Internal Server Error. The error occurs when matching all search terms or any search terms. How does such an error get resolved?

2. In my censor area I have the word {ass} as one of the censored words. One of my users tried to register using the name 'grizbass' and got a message saying his name was not allowed because of our censor settings. My sensor settings are just as indicated above using brackets to avoid such a situation. This board has several thousand users and this is the first time this has surfaced. What can I do to resolve this.

It is difficult, if not completely impossible to properly diagnose most UBB problems without knowing which version of the UBB you are using, as well as the FULL URL to your Ultimate.cgi, NOT a link to your webpage.
