Someone apparently got by and got to our Members directory. It was located under Public. So I moved it out of Public view. I tested everything after I downloaded it and uploaded it again and did a 777 chmod on the files. (Had to because server would not let me move it.) So anyhow. I moved them I posted a message after changing my password. It worked. So a guy tries to create a new name. It created the name, I tested that function, but then it would say it was not recognized when you try to post under the name. I am not sure why. Now when I try to add a new name it says that ubbmisc.cgi is not readable due to the server error with it chmod 755. So I chmod 777 and it says IE can not read the file. So I re-upload the file and chmod it again. Same error, or sometimes it loads blank. So I have disabled membership. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. I am working on this for a friend. So the server is not mine, but it worked fine until I had to move the directory for members. If I move it back I take the risk that it will be tampered with again. Again, this is not my server I am just working on it for a fried who I setup the board for. (
