I was making a normal post when I got the error, user name not found. Upon looking around on the server I noticed my memberslist.cgi file is completely empty (blank), no one can post.

Any suggestions how I can fix this?

Enter the UBB members area - there is a beta script there that will rebuild your members directory. You should be able to use that to recreate your memberslist.cgi file cleanly. If you are uncomfortable using the script, there's always the support ticket system.
