How do you edit the bakground color of the column w/ the icons that tells youi if there are new posts since your last visit?

And where do moderators go to edit their forums?Do they have to go to your cp.html file or what?

and..

Moderators can edit/delete threads directly from the topics, or they can use the Control Panel. They need to use the CP for things like announcements, however.
