How come when everyone post a message there is a [an error occurred while processing this directive] at top left corner?How to fix it?

It looks like you're using SSI in your Header. Remove the SSI.

My UBB board is on Hypermart but how come my friends' UBB board work well on Hypermart

As I stated, you are attempting to use an SSI statement in your UBB Header or Footer. Remove it.

If that is beyond your capabilities, please post your UBB version and URL.

but in Control penal my header and footer is all blank i didn't type anything

I need the URL to your UBB, not to a page with half a dozen popups that reopen when you close them. I hate that.

Sorry it was my fault i type wrong

but my UBB is on hypermart they have advertising system it will pop-up 1 wiondows

I dunno why cuz in control penal i choose Infopop Copyright Type to be text but it didn't came out
i'll try change to image now

it's same if i choose by image is there something wrong with the cgi files i use???
