I update my forums, ieven tryed loggin in to FTP and deleting the forum files then going to my control panel but in my control panel they all show up, i clicked on update threads my FORUMS WON'T SHOW OR UPDATE, can someone help me please <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Also what i mean by delettion is, that I went to my FTP directory and deleted all the FORUM FOLDERS and, then i tried going to the contorol panel to amake new forums, but when i went back they were still there

Sounds like you deleted the directories which is very, very, very bad. This is a very serious issue which will require Infopop to look at it personally. Please use the support ticket system and select UBB Malfunctions from the drop down list.
