Hi,

after I have moved my ubb from one virtuall server to another it does not work correct.

I can Post Messages but the plain html Page
did not show up with the new postings.

The rights on the Server are:

-rwxrwxrwx 1 939 102 10130 Mar 15 23:17 000001.html

The message to the Admin works, but the posting does not show up at this thread.

If I try to post an answer: the posting did show up.

For any help I will be very glad....

Sincerly Yours Mark

It is difficult, if not completely impossible to properly diagnose most UBB problems without knowing which version of the UBB you are using, as well as the FULL URL to your ultimatebb.cgi file, (NOT a link to your webpage). Please provide this information. Thanks. <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Wow, that's odd.

Okay, first things first, this topic is being moved into the Version 5 Assistance forum.

Reset permissions on your entire NonCGI directory and all the files within it.

*DELETE* the NonCGI/Forum*/HTML directories and their contents. After doing so and resetting permissions, run an Update Threads from your control panel. If that doesn't rebuild the NonCGI/Forum*/HTML directories, please open up a Support Ticket.

The entire NonCGI directory and its contents should be 777, if you can manage it...
