We had the board workin. This is a message i got when i just tried to get onto it.


Error including the required files:

Be sure you uploaded UltBB.setup, Styles.file, mods.file and forums.cgi in ASCII/Text mode to your CGI directory. [This is a manual setting on your FTP software]

Make sure spelling and case are correct: UltBB.setup not ultbb.setup.

Here is the message returned from UBB:

Can't find string terminator "ENDIT" anywhere before EOF at ubb_library.pl line 16.

It is difficult, if not completely impossible to properly diagnose most UBB problems without knowing which version of the UBB you are using, as well as the EXACT URL to your Ultimate.cgi, (NOT a link to your webpage).
