Not sure whether this qualifies as a bug report or an enhancement request:
When I reply to a topic that I'm watching, I get an email notification. I would prefer to get such notifications only when other people reply to my watched topics, seeing as I don't need notification that I've replied.
Most web apps that have an email notification facility work this way (Bugzilla, for example).
If you don't want it to work that way all the time then please make it optional.
