[FIXED for 7.0.2] Move Topic: Last_X info not updated

Not sure if this has been posted yet, but when you move a post/replies to another board, the new entry in TOPICS has NULL values for:
TOPIC_LAST_POST_ID,TOPIC_LAST_POSTER_NAME,TOPIC_LAST_POSTER_ID

this obviously makes things look funky in the cat/forum display.

Have this fixed for 7.0.2. Bit of a complex fix so not able to post.
