Returns

• Our goal is to provide each one of our customers with a great shopping experience. If at any time you have any problems with your order, rest assured that we will try to resolve your concerns quickly and fairly
• All of our items come with a 30 calendar return policy (unless stated otherwise). All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you receive an item that was not as described we will issue a return label and a replacement or refund (at the seller's discretion) within 3 business days after we receive the unit and it is verified by one of our technicians. RMAs are required for all returns. Returns/refunds are void for international buyers. Please contact us via email or our messaging system for instructions using "Other".

Shipping

• We ship all items via UPS/USPS from 30058 and ship to a confirmed Paypal address only. A signature is required foritems over $100. Please contact us before checking out if you need acombined shipping rate.
• Shipping cut-off time is 1 PM EST -Most items (except large/freight items) will be shipped within two (2) business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Customers will be contacted in the event of this exception.
• Our shipping system will automatically update your account and send you an emailwith tracking information.
• Our warehouse is not open to the public; thus we do not offer local pickups except for freight items.
• All freight shipments are subject to a packaging fee starting at $25 (depending on packaging needs) which is non-negotiable. Buyers may arrange their own shipping or contact us for a quote. *Please note that shipments to residential addresses or commercial addresses with limited access or no loading docks may require additional fees*
• If you have any special requests, please contact us via the message system, our shipping department may not seeit if it is added to the checkout notes.

Payment

• We accept Paypal Only.
• Payment must be received within 3days.
• Unpaid cases open automatically on the 4th day.
