Commodore 64 Computer (Parts or Repair - not turn on).

I found in storage doesn't turn on i opened to check the fuse is in good condition there are 12 and 5 volts at the outputs of voltage regulators i didn't see burnt parts or smell so maybe I think broken solder or lose connection.
