All servers are shipped in either their original packaging or in double wall boxes with custom foam inserts to ensure their safe delivery.
Please contact us if expedited shipping is needed.
The shipping costs listed are only for the 48 contiguous states. All other customers must contact us for a shipping quote.
We are only authorized to ship to addresses confirmed on the buyer\'s PayPal account or the address specified with the buyer\'s credit card company.
We do not ship to PO boxes or APE/FPO.
Payment
Please provide payment within 48 hours after winning your sale.
For customers outside of the United States, please contact us directly for payment and delivery arrangements.
California residents must pay a 9.5% state sales tax unless a resell certificate is provided.
Warranty & Terms
Defective items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. There is a 20% re-stocking fee for all non-defective items returned. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
For returns, please contact us for an RMA number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns on software or servers that include software.
All servers and storage arrays include at least a 1 year parts replacement warranty.

All equipment is thoroughly tested prior to listing to ensure that only the highest quality gear leaves our warehouse. Each server is flashed with the current bios and firmware.
