If your item is damaged in shipment,please save everything including the packaging. If you have a digital camera and can take pictures please do so. This can be particularly importantbefore opening the package if the damage is visible from outside and the package has been mis-handled by the carrier. Unfortunately I have had some experience with freight claims. But I\'ve always been successful because I follow the claim rules so please work with me on this.
