Electronic Delivery This item is for an iDRAC7/8/9/9X5Enterprise license only. （idrac port card is not included） After purchase, please send the relevant service tag and email address(Need to send license file by email). We will mail the license file to you soon once we get the service tag/email. It will be bound to only one service tag (one server) at a time. We would suggest to double check the service tag from IDRAC express interface as some server might have a warranty replacement of motherboard, in a result service tag marked on the server case is different. The license file will be generated based on the Service tag/Express service code,no refund will be provided once it is generated.
