*PLEASE INSPECT PHOTOS AND TAKE NOTE* - - -All laptops have noticeable scuffs and chips in Dell's annoyingly fragile silver paint (a very common issue with 2020's Latitudes). All laptops have light scuffs on their LCD screens from the keyboard.TESTING:• Laptops were tested to enter BIOS and found to have no BIOS lock.• Laptops were restored with Windows 11 23H2 from USB. Windows was auto-activated by Dell.• LCDs tested functional with no cracks or lines. TheseLCDs exhibit light pressure marks from keyboard and slight light leak around the edges.• Trackpad and keyboard were tested functional.• USB-A ports were tested functional.• Wifi tested functional.• Batteries were tested to charge using both Dell barrel plugs and USB-C chargers (not included)• Laptops were tested to download & install all Windows 23H2 security updates on battery power.
Windows was installed and given updates as a test of functionality, not in preparation for end-user deployment. The buyer will likely find additional windows and driver updates are needed upon listing is for a lot of 3x laptops, offered for reseller or technician purchase. These units are offered NOT-DOA and will boot into activated Windows 11.
These laptops do NOT include a charger- depending on your shipping destination, the batteries may need charging and the laptops may display a CMOS date/time error if the batteries discharge fully. Internal batts are NOT guaranteed for longevity or any charge length.
Windows has been given major 23H2 updates, the buyer will need to ensure all drivers/updates have been installed and do fine-tuning before these laptops are considered resale-ready.
