You will have 14-Daysfrom the date your item is delivered to return the item for any reason, youwill need to contact us for an RMA number before shipping the item back to ourfacility to receive your money back return.
IW is a business, andoperates on business hours; 8:30am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time so pleasecontact us accordingly by phone or email.
Eligible Returns:
Withinthat 14-Day window, an item can be returned for any reason. In order to beeligible for this, the item must be in original condition it was shipped in andwith all accessories the item was shipped with.
Return Shipping:
ReturnShipping is the responsibility of the buyer. The item to be returned mustarriveatour facility within 20 business days of the date of delivery. Once we receiveyour item, your refund will be processed through PayPal within 3 business days.
Restocking Fee:
Aswe individually refurbish and rigorously test each unitafteryoupurchase them,we require a restocking fee for all returned items. Ifyou return a unit for a refund, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee thatwill be deducted from your final refunded amount.
If in the first 14-days, if you send your item in forrepair,you willnotbe charged a restocking fee andwill notbe responsiblefor return shipping. See our repair policy below.
90- Day Depot Warranty
This item is coveredunder our 90-Day Depot Warranty.
If you purchase one ofour refurbished units and The item doesn\'t turn on and/or doesn\'t perform itsbasic functions, when using the appropriate cables, power supplies, and/or anyother materials needed to operate the item (said materials may or may not beincluded in the original listing)within 90 days of the date of delivery, IW will bring the item in for repair by our certifiedtechnicians.
If our techniciansdetermine that item has not voided depot warranty, but cannot repair your item,we will replace it with the same item, or one of equal value.
Return Shipping:
Put in the original box,or an equally and appropriately padded and sealed shipping box; IW will schedule a FedEx pickup of the itemand pay for return shipping.
Things that Void yourDepot Warranty*:
-When pieces of thechassis are bent, punctured, or broken off by fault the owner
-When the internalmechanisms and/or parts have been tampered or played with.
-Broken TouchGlass(exceptions made forshipping mishaps within the first 14-days only)
-Liquid Damage ofAnyKind
-Smoke/Fire DamageofAny Kind
-Electric Shock DamageofAny Kind(as a result of lack of preventative measure onthe buyers part…IE Not plugging your PCinto a Surge protector.)
