1. NO International Sales. We ship only in the United States. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii you may contact us for shipping costs and we can arrange purchase.

2. If you pay with Pay Pal, we will ship only to the listed Pay Pal address once the payment is cleared. If you have a non-USA Pay Pal account or a Pay Pal account that is funded with non-USA money---do not offer. We do NOT accept payment from non-USA accounts.

We do not drop ship.

No exceptions. Please do not ask because we will not drop ship.

3. Return Policy – Note that all returns must occur within the time stated in the ad. Please read the ad carefully. Some ads state that the item is NOT returnable.

Note: A Return Authorization Number is required for ALL returns.

If something is wrong with the product and a warranty is noted in the ad, contact us for a return authorization number. We will test the item once we receive it.

If the item is defective or we made an error, we will replace it or refund your money in full.

If the returned item is NOT defective, you must pay shipping charges to have the item returned to you.

If you purchased an item in error or changed your mind and want to return your order for a refund, you may do so with a return authorization number. We do charge a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs both ways are the buyer\'s responsibility. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in all circumstances. The 20% restocking fee is based on the cost of item listed (if shipping charges are separate) or the cost of the item less the actual shipping charges that we paid to ship the item to you (for those items listed with free shipping). Even though, we list items with free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping charges we paid before we determine your refund.

4. We ship often (on our business days of Monday through Friday excluding holidays) and offer 1 day handling on most items. However, that does not always mean it will actually be shipped the next business day. Items purchased by 4 PM CST will generally be shipped out on our next business day (M-F). Items purchased earlier in the day could even be shipped on the same business day. Items purchased later in the evenings may not be actually shipped until the 2nd business day. Items purchased on Fridays through Sunday 4 PM CST will generally be shipped out on Mondays.

We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier even if different than listed with the ad.

We try hard to get our items shipped to our customers as soon as possible.

Sorry, we do not offer combined shipping on items with different sale numbers. Discounts on shipping for multiples of the same item are listed in the ad. Some of our items may be stored in different locations. Once the item is shipped, a tracking number will be uploaded into the e-bay system and e-bay will send you an e-mail with the tracking information. Please contact us if you do not see that information.
