Our systems are supplied with no software/operating systems unless specified. Only the hardware listed specifically in the description is included. External cables and rails are not included unless specified. If you would like to clarify any details or what is exactly included, please ask prior to purchase.
All new items are either brand new or new opened, see tab below for more details.
All refurbished items are tested by our engineers, in the case of systems and parts, using OEM manufacturers standard software to post. Hard drives and tape drives are further tested with at least one or more of the following processes; Blancco, SMART test and or Raid Initialisation. Tape drives are further tested and at least one or both of the following, manufacturer software test and Back Up Exec. A genuine warranty with support during business hours AEST time is offered on all products including refurbished items.
Wrong Item Supplied:
Items must be returned in the original condition and specification as they were shipped within five business days. New items MUST be returned in the original sealed box – UNOPENED. Items must not be used, worn or damaged and in same condition as they were received, back into our warehouse. Failure to do so may result in the withholding of any refund amount and return of the item back to the buyer.
Courier Delivery & PO Boxes
All items are strictly delivered by courier only, to ensure faster, safer and secure delivery. does not allow us to show this within their shipping options, but your order will arrive by courier either standard or express courier.
Post office boxes are not accepted as a delivery address by couriers, so please provide a street address in your order and or Paypal payment. The final correct street address must be within the Paypal payment, due to Paypal's money back terms and conditions.
For All Returns:
Please contact us before returning an item so we can allocate you an RMA number (Returns Maintenance Authority), that must referenced on the outside of the packaging. Refunds cannot be processed without an RMA number.
It is the Customers responsibility to ensure the item is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return. Item(s) must be returned in original re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging. Serial numbers are placed on the Tax Invoice - any returned item(s) MUST have the same serial number.
Customer is responsible to return the goods purchased. A reimbursement for economy shipping/postage costs will be allocated in your refund.

We fully test all items which ship out of our warehouse. This includes items which are sealed Brand New, so when you receive your item you may notice that the manufacturers seal has been broken. This is to ensure that you receive your item in 100% working order. We repack all new items back into their original packaging including any manuals or accessories.
We buy excess new and used servers, storage and networking systems and parts. Decommission, secure data wipe and recycle services also available. Please contact us for more information.
