This is a Gateway MFATXSTL ELP 500X Desktop computer full faceplate. It has a good power switch and all the mount points are solid.
Last photo is the full model number... NO computer included of course. I think other Gateway models also use this faceplate.
Unfortunately someone took black paint to it as you can see. Maybe you have a mod job in progress or can use it for a restore project.
